On Saturday, September 5th the Fellowship will celebrate World Unity Day (starting 2pm Eastern Time until 5:30pm Eastern Time – times on the attached flier are PDT, Pacific Daylight Time)
On Unity Day we remember that we are one, that what unites us is more important than what divides us, and that wherever we are, we are not alone.
From 2pm – 3:30pm Eastern Time there will be a PR presentation.
At 3:30pm Eastern Time we will say the Serenity Prayer; there will be videos from around the world, and at 4:00pm Eastern Time members will share their experience, strength and hope.
We will also be sharing updates on the happenings of World Services throughout both sessions. You are welcome to join us from home; many groups and areas choose to build events around World Unity Day, and if you’re joining us as a group we’d love to hear about it!
We will provide interpretation into Portuguese and Spanish. If you need assistance with other interpretation, let us know at wb@na.org.
